You'll receive a Slack invite by Monday morning in your Mainstay inbox. Accept the invite, upload a photo, add your title, and join #general and #announcements.

Coverage Overview
Mainstay covers the majority of premiums for employees and dependents. Details are in the benefits portal.

Two plan options: PPO and HDHP with HSA. Mainstay covers 80% of employee premiums and 60% of dependent premiums.

Dental
Covers preventive care at 100%, basic care at 80%, and major care at 50%. Orthodontia included with a lifetime maximum.

Vision
Annual eye exam covered in full. $150 allowance for frames or contacts per calendar year.
💰
401(k)
Mainstay matches 4% of your salary, dollar-for-dollar. Vesting begins immediately on matched contributions.
🏖️
PTO
Unlimited PTO with a minimum expectation of 15 days per year. Plus 10 company holidays and your birthday off.
💻
Home Office
$500 one-time home office stipend for remote employees. $50/month internet reimbursement ongoing.

Check your email for the benefits portal invite
You'll receive an invite from Rippling (our benefits platform) to your Mainstay email on Day 1. Check your inbox and spam folder.

Create your Rippling account
Accept the invite and set up your account. This is also where you'll find your pay stubs, PTO balances, and tax documents going forward.

Select your plans
Choose your medical plan (PPO or HDHP), add dental and vision, and designate any dependents. The cost estimator in Rippling helps compare total out-of-pocket by scenario.

Set up your 401(k)
Enroll in the 401(k) through Fidelity — link is in Rippling. Contribute at least 4% to get the full company match. Takes 5 minutes.

Confirm with Erin or Paris
Ping @erin or @paris in Slack once you've submitted. They'll confirm everything is in order before your window closes.
